Refund policy

P.R. and U.S. Return and Exchange Policy 

Nuez Moscada gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that is shipped to a P.R. or U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All bags, swimwear, jewelry, beauty, gift cards or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs should be covered by you. 


Returns

Ship your Return 

  • Returns are accepted when accompanied in the original condition with all tags attached.
  • Multiple orders can be returned in the same package. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. 
  • We recommend you request tracking and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure proper delivery.
  • We cannot issue refunds for lost or unconfirmed return shipments. 
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. 
  • You should see a refund to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank processing time. 
  • If you made your purchase with a Nuez Moscada Gift Card or a store credit we will refund the purchase amount as a store credit.

 

Exchanges 

  • Request exchange to our customer service email address notifying the reason for your exchange and the reference of the piece you want in exchange for us to check on availability. 
  • If there’s a difference in the purchase amount 
  • All merchandise must have its tag. If everything’s in order once we receive the tags we will proceed to make the exchange.
